How to Get a healthy Life


Now a days health and fitness is the most popular topic of this  world. Healthy rain is the rain that brings Fit body with a healthy mind and happy life.This is a new way of life. To be happy first we need to have a healthy mind and fit body.Fitness of a person depends upon 1. Healthy food habits , 2.Balance diet 3.exercise 4.healthy life style, 5.healthy mind.

Healthy food habits

To have a fit body we must have to follow a balance diet chart.From the early morning we need to start following a balanced diet chart.
Healthy breakfast :A healthy breakfast  is most important in a balanced diet.We sleep at night for a long time.During this time our body get rest for a long time our stomach become empty.So need to energize our baby properly.For a healthy adult healthy breakfast is very much necessary.In breakfast we need to have protein ,carbohydrate,appropriate amount of fat,vitamin.To maintain a healthy life we must know about food pyramid.
If we know about food pyramid we can easily maintain our diet.This will help us to make a daily healthy food routine.

The Food Pyramid

The Food Pyramid is designed to make healthy eating easier. Healthy eating is about getting the correct amount of nutrients – protein, fat, carbohydrates, vitamins and minerals you need to maintain good health.
Foods that contain the same type of nutrients are grouped together on each of the shelves of the Food Pyramid. This gives you a choice of different foods from which to choose a healthy diet. Following the Food Pyramid as a guide will help you get the right balance of nutritious foods within your calorie range. Studies show that we take in too many calories from foods and drinks high in fat, sugar and salt, on the top shelf of the Food Pyramid. They provide very little of the essential vitamins and minerals your body needs. Limiting these is essential for healthy eating.
Exercise:  It is the best way to be healthy.Every one should do exercise daily.there are many form of exercise we can do traditional ,yoga,aerobics, any of these can be practiced daily.It will help our heart,lung,liver, kidney ...actually it help  all body part to perform better  then before.                                                                                                                                             
Healthy life style:To maintain a healthy life we must make change in our life style.Now the question is how do we change our life style.It is as simple as every day breakfast.We can use new items in our breakfast table to change in our test.So like that we can change our life style by adding new healthy products in our life.
