Every one in this world wants a be healthy and happy. But the main fact is, to be healthy is not that much easy task in real world. From my personal experiences i had learn that if sameone wants to be healthy he must change his life style. We can protect our self   only by changing our-self.Now a days cancer is the word that is really a matter of worry to the world .we all are really scared of this. One of my very close friend lost her father in low on last day due to blood cancer.I heard it and felt helpless. How can i help some one,how can i help my own family ,how can i help myself.I really want to protect my  child i want to protect my love ones.Through this writing i want to give a massage  to the world.please love your self  try to protect your self from these dangerous diseases .First  of all i am going to talk  about cancer.

cancer:

How we can fight cancer?????In modern science we came to know that carcinogens are substances that are the most common reason for cancer. We should all avoid carcinogens in our every day life.It is said that there is is carcinogen in soft drinks like coca cola,Pepsi, sprite all these drinks that may could be a cause of cancer.Lets know about carcinogenic foods.
CARCINOGENIC FOOD: bacon, sausages, hot dogs, pepperoni, prosciutto, beef jerky and salami (any meat that has been preserved by curing, salting or smoking, or by adding chemical preservatives)
RED MEAT: Red meat refers to all mammalian muscle meat, including, beef, veal, pork, lamb, mutton, horse, and goat.
 PROCESSED MEAT:
Processed meat refers to meat that has been transformed through salting, curing, fermentation, smoking, or other processes to enhance flavor or improve preservation. Most processed meats contain pork or beef, but processed meats may also contain other red meats, poultry, offal, or meat by-products such as blood.
Examples of processed meat include hot dogs , ham, sausages, corned beef, and bolting or beef jerky as well as canned meat and meat-based preparations and sauces.
 Food chemicals (such as dioxins)
Human exposure to dioxins and dioxin-like substances has been associated with a range of toxic effects, including immunodeficient, developmental and neuro developmental effects, changes in thyroid and steroid hormones and reproductive function.
 ALCOHOL:
Researchers have identified multiple ways that alcohol may increase the risk of cancer  including:
  • metabolizing (breaking down) ethanol in alcoholic drinks to acetaeldehyde, which is a toxic chemical and a probable human carcinogen acetaldehyde can damage both DNA (the genetic material that makes up genes) and proteins
  • generating reactive oxygen species(chemically reactive molecules that contain oxygen), which can damage DNA, proteins, and lipids (fats) through a process called oxidation.
  • impairing the body’s ability to break down and absorb a variety of nutrients that may be associated with cancer risk, including vitamin A; nutrients in the vitamin B complex such as folate vitamin C,vitamin D,vitamin E and Cratinoid
  • increasing blood levels of estrogen, a sex hormone linked to the risk of breast cancer
Alcoholic beverages may also contain a variety of carcinogenic contaminants that are introduced during fermentation and production.
So avoiding such foods could help us to prevent cancer.we all need to be care full about our food habits.
feel the confidence inside your heart .you can be a person who will be confidant.be healthy be happy.

 DIABETES:

Diabetes is the most  common disease in modern world, this can not be treated but can be controlled. If we control diabetes that can not harm us.There are several ways to control diabetes,

What's the best diet for diabetes?

Whether you’re trying to prevent or control diabetes, your nutritional needs are virtually the same as everyone else, so no special foods are necessary. But you do need to pay attention to some of your food choices—most notably the carbohydrates you eat. While following a  o   heart-healthy diet can help with this, the most important thing you can do is to lose a little weight.
Losing just 5% to 10% of your total weight can help you lower your blood sugar, blood pressure, and cholesterol levels. Losing weight and eating healthier can also have a profound effect on your mood, energy, and sense of wellbeing. Even if you’ve already developed diabetes, it’s not too late to make a positive change. By eating healthier, being more physically active, and losing weight, you can reduce your symptoms or even reverse diabetes. The bottom line is that you have more control over your health than you may think.
