Brain is the most power full organ that a human have.It actually has no limit .In our researches  we already had found human brain can do such things that we cant even think.Each one of us carries with in the skull about a three pound lump of fats and protein with the consistency of jelly that we called brain.Our brain contain 100 billion neurons that link to one another.
  • To empower our brain we have to keep learning.If you want to boost up your brain you must have to learn new things every day .Continuous learning is the best way to activate your brain.
  • physical exercise plays a significant role in mental health.
  • challenge your mind.keep challenging  your brain with puzzle,mathematics,brain games.
  • Sleep well.It is one of the most important thing cause during sleep our brain rearrange all the data that we have collected all through the day.In this time brain relaxes.This time is very important to  arrange all files in right manner.
  • stress is not a good thing for our brain .due to stress we loose our sharpness of brain.

  Energy is the very basis of health and well-being, for both body and mind. You can gain energy through meditation. When your body is alive with energy, you feel alert, energetic, and full of good humor. A lack of energy results in lethargy, dullness and poor enthusiasm.

2. Meditation for Healing Illness

It is said that the root of an illness is in the mind/consciousness. So, by attending to the mind, clearing it of any disturbances, the recovery speeds up. Illnesses can develop from:
  • Violation of natural law: such as over-eating
  • Imposed by nature: such as common cold, an epidemic
  • Release of past impressions or Karma
Nature itself provides a cure for these illnesses. Health and illness are a part of physical nature. By practicing meditation, the stress, worries and anxieties drop off and this gives rise to a positive state of mind, which in turn has a positive impact on the physical body, brain and nervous system. Then illness decreases.
Health and illness are a part of physical nature. You should not worry too much about it. When you worry about illness, you are giving more power to the illness. You are a combination of health and illness. When you keep that in mind and have a positive state of mind   then illnesses gradually disappear.
