ARE YOU OVER STRESSED....PLZ STOP! IT COULD KILL YOU.

The effects of stress on your body is really notable  what we usually don't know.

when we are in stress,our hypothalamus,tiny little control tower of our brain decided to send out the order to the stress hormones.Due to these hormones  our body come into fight or fight condition...that's why...HEART RATE increased BREATHING become faster and our MUSCLE ready for action.

 this response was designed to protect us in emergency situation for quick action. But repeated firing of these action can be very harm full for us. After stopping of STRESS.Again our hypothalamus responds. They set back the stress hormone.If due to any reason our central nervous system fail to do that.then it become a matter of worry...it could cause us heart attack,stock like conditions.it hamper our digestive system too.It increased HCL secretion in stomach that will be a alarming condition to ulcer.

        STOP, of being unhappy, live your life...

  •  to live a happy and healthy life we must follow such rules that lead us towards peace A COMPLETE PEACE OF MIND.what we have to do first, always think positive..just believe in your self...and walk through the path that makes you happy.
  • we have to be aware of  physical health.To be physically healthy we need to be conscious about our FOOD.Food is one of the most important factor that we have to maintain.We must know those FOODS THAT MAKE US HEALTHY.there may be some foods that are worst foods for health,we should avoid them.
  • Do productive work.That will make you feel important .always upgrade yourself with new things. That could be in  learning,That could be in earning,that could be in cooking,that could be in sopping,that could be in your own beauty.The main thing is always do some thing new ..some thing different.try new gadgets in our life that will give you motivation to live physically and mentally healthy life...

    Want to be happy

    May be it is the sentence that most of the time told by us.Seriously, i think it is the only thing what we need in our life,(HAPPINESS). From my personal experiences  i always felt  that if some one need to be happy he or she must have control on their desire.Desire is the only thing that actually control happiness .May be that sounds impossible but that's true..
    i had lost so many thing in my life but in-spite of these failures i am happy.i still have the spark to live a happy and healthy life.we have to motivate our-self .we all have to be fighter.One more thing is very important to be happy that is a GOOD HEALTH.A good health can be maintained easily.only we need to follow some steps.

    Regular and peaceful sleep pattern:

    To be mentally happy our sleeping pattern has very important role.very day one adult person need at least 6 to 8 hours of sleep.

    Regular exercise :

    Exercise is an double edge sword it can improve our physical health and mental health both.so only by doing exercise we can help both our body and sole. If we do exercise every early morning it is for sure you can start a very fresh day.
